Debbie and family -- Our puppy is one year old today and I wanted to update you as well as thank you for breeding and nurturing her.  She is such a wonderful dog and we couldn't be happier with her. Thank you!!!
 
Her name is Scout. As you can see from the photos, she's beautiful! She still has the white spots on her chest and toes, but the ones around her eyebrows are gone. She has a nice thick coat. Best of all, she is a very sweet dog. She loves to snuggle with us. And she's good with other dogs and our grandkids. She's a good swimmer and has fun at the lake. She still has plenty of puppy spirit and we look forward to many great years with her!!
 
We had such a hard time choosing between 22 puppies and finally said that whichever one we chose would be the right one. Well, we were right! We love her dearly.
 
Let us know when you have another litter, and I'll be sure to spread the word. Hope all is well with little Logan and all the rest of the DeMoss family.

Hi!

We got our puppy from you this last May. He was one of Heidi's. We were the couple from Colorado. We named him Chase and it fits him well!  He absolutely loves to play chase with our other dog and other dogs in our extended family.  He is a great dog!  He gets along with our cats and our older golden Remy.  He loves to go on hikes and swim in the lake.  He is growing up to be a gorgeous boy.  He is VERY loving and likes to cuddle. I wanted to send you a few pics of our little pup growing up.

 

This (3rd pic) is Chase in his new home we just purchased! He now has 2 acres to run around on! We are one lucky family to end up with him.  Thank you for bringing him into our lives!

We are from Southeast Iowa, a small town called Wapello. We had decided we wanted a Golden Retriever as a birthday present for me this past summer. We are a middle-aged couple, mid- 50's, some may say we are more on the "Senior" side of middle. I didn't start looking for a Golden Retriever until the day before my birthday, June 1st. After realizing there were no puppies near us, I started searching the internet. I had no idea that most puppies are spoken for before they are even born and that it would be so difficult to find a female Golden Retriever puppy. I happened to find DeMoss' Golden Retriever website and texted them, asking if they might have any available. I was so excited to find that they had one female left but that she was possibly spoken for. Upon checking, they agreed that we could see her. I was extremely impressed with DeMoss' desire to place the puppy with just the right family. At one point, they felt that perhaps this puppy might be too lively for us as our desire was as a house dog, part of the family. I explained that we knew how energetic a puppy was and that we lived on a farm with several acres for her to play in. After that, we agreed to meet the next day. It was a 5 1/2 hour trip, one way for us but it was well worth it. The DeMoss' are very kind people and immediately we could tell they had taken wonderful care of their dogs and puppies. We have enjoyed our little Sadie Sue so much and she certainly has become one of our family. She is extremely energetic and we have fun playing with her! She makes us laugh and she is so loving. We take her most places with us. She has been in a boat with us, gone to the Iowa State Fair camping and spent the Fall harvest riding in combines, tractors and semi-trucks. We love her dearly and would recommend the DeMoss' Golden Retrievers to everyone.

Hi Debbie, just thought I would give you a update on Gabby.  I believe she turned 5 months yesterday, she is a wonderful and fun dog, she is all legs right now and her wavey fur is starting to come in.  Her tail looks like she just had a permanent.  You were telling me you were setting up a sight for pictures, could you please send me that sight name.  Also have all her shots up to date and vet says she is in great shape.

Just recommended you guys to a friend and looked at your web site and the puppy photo page.  I've attached one of Beatrice ("Bea") when she was still tiny this summer.

 

I also attached one of her taking a swim at the dog park last weekend.  She was one happy and tired pup after that!

 

Just wanted to let you know we LOVE Bea and her great personality.  If you hear from Lisa , she is a former secretary of mine whose daughter really wants a Golden because of the photos she has seen of Bea on my Facebook page.
